Consulting/Application

Our application department makes cutting or engraving trials with your materials. The samples, made in accordance with your requirements, will be sent back to you as soon as possible. Questions regarding possibilities or optimisations of your production processes will be answered by our expeirenced colleagues. They have a base of some thousands of reference datas available.

Dieboard Sample Production

• Less working steps compared with traditional methods. (drilling, sawing, correcting the steel lines etc.)
• Cutting in the focus point, therefore:
  º Less material to be evaporated,
  º Fewer emissions,
  º Smaller and lower-priced exhausts units.
  º Smaller laser power necessary,
  º Therefore lower-priced systems and thus
  º Lower energy costs.
  º Clean, well tolerated cuts,
  º Cut gap widths are the same on the top and bottom of the board. If necessary, the user can easily and quickly adapt in software.
  º Same cutting velocity for all pointages means simpler calculations of tenders.
• Switching from the stripping cut to the 6-pt or wider is infinitely variable in our software. Additional correction values for different line types of one pointage can be defined freely in the software. Simple connection of available software and direct control while using *.cf2 / *.cff / *.ddes files. The eurolaser software gives you the possibility of free definition of unlimited different “tools” or types ofv cutting, e.g.: edge cutting, engraving, 1.5pt, 3pt etc.
• Selfadjusting Z-axis for focus optimization with material unevenness.
• Bridge routing option.
• Very high efficiency also with mechanical tools from Zünd, e.g.: printing, creasing, cutting in one operation without tool changes.
